Each of the members of InfraCor’s Executive Team has over 25 years or more of experience in the consulting industry in Western Canada and abroad. Combined, they have over 100 years of experience.

Collectively, they have all been working together on complex, integrated, multi-disciplinary, multi-year, sustainable infrastructure projects for nearly two decades now. In addition, they have surrounded themselves with some of the most creative, innovative and energetic staff in their field, making for a truly outstanding client experience.

Dave Stusek

PMP, Manager of Land Development, Board Member

Dave Stusek has over 20 years of professional experience in the land development industry.  He leads the Calgary and Winnipeg land development group managing and delivering a wide variety of land and civil site development projects in the Calgary and Winnipeg region and throughout Western Canada. He is dedicated to the principles of sustainability in the land form and is a specialist in land development projects that include developing strategic policy, financial & engineering feasibility analyses, municipal approval processes, development agreements, as well as engineering and construction project management. Dave has successfully led the growth of several land development design teams and now manages the land development team in our Calgary and Winnipeg offices.

Doug Clark

P.Eng., Director of Operations, Board Member

Douglas Clark is a senior civil engineer for InfraCor. Doug has over 40 years of experience in the planning, design and construction administration for land resources, recreational, municipal and general land development projects throughout western Canada. Over the last 30 years, he has concentrated on offering services to both the municipal and private development industry sectors.  Doug’s experience includes design and construction administration for water supply, treatment and distribution projects as well as wastewater collection, treatment and disposal projects for both municipal and private developments.  He has also been involved in the creation of stormwater management strategies, low impact development, water, wastewater, roads and storm sewer design and construction for subdivision development in both an urban and rural setting. Much of Doug’s experience involves golf course development and recreational resort deveopment throughout North America, Central America and the Caribbean. 

Dwayne Johnston

P.Eng., President & CEO, Board Chair

Dwayne Johnston is a senior engineering executive with a proven track record of assembling and building strong sustainable design teams dedicated to results.  He is a senior professional engineer with over 30 years of experience as a dynamic, accomplished business and community leader in Calgary.  He has extensive hands-on strategic and management experience in a diverse array of established and new businesses, government agencies, and community organizations across Canada.  His experience encompasses all stages of project procurement, design, project and construction management – from concept through to commissioning, operations and maintenance – always with the result of effective project delivery and client satisfaction.  He has assembled and fostered strong sustainable engineering teams in the public sector, in the construction industry, and the consulting engineering industry. Dwayne has a proven track record of having brought together high-functioning teams in a collaborative setting built on integrity, trust and results. It is his responsibility to build a strong and sustainable organization, make the team exceptional at project delivery while empowering strong leadership across all levels – enabling great people to have a rewarding future.

Liam Johnston

Project Manager, EIT

Liam Johnston, EIT, is a project manager with InfraCor, known for his robust technical skills and commitment to excellence in civil engineering. Specializing in sustainable land development projects, Liam has successfully managed various engineering initiatives, ensuring they align with municipal standards, environmental sustainability initiatives, and regulatory requirements. His experience includes overseeing infrastructure development, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and sustainability. Liam is dedicated to advancing his career through continuous learning and professional development. His proactive approach, easy-going demeanor, coupled with a passion for sustainable engineering, makes him a valuable asset to our team.

Luis Narvaez

P.Eng., LGN Consulting Engineering Ltd.

Luis Narvaez is a seasoned civil engineer at LGN Consulting Engineering Ltd., specializing in innovative stormwater design solutions. With extensive experience in hydrological and hydraulic modeling, Luis excels in developing comprehensive stormwater management plans that address urban flooding and water quality concerns. His expertise encompasses the design of sustainable drainage systems, including green infrastructure, detention basins, and permeable pavements. Luis’s commitment to integrating environmentally responsible practices ensures that his designs not only meet regulatory requirements but also enhance community resilience against stormwater impacts.

Emeka Nnadi

Nadi Group

Emeka is Nadi Group’s founding Principal and CEO. Prior to starting Nadi Group, Emeka practiced architecture, urban design and landscape architecture in Nigeria, the United States, and Canada. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in architecture from the Enugu State University of Technology, Nigeria, and earned a Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture and Urban Design from the University of Manitoba, Canada. Emeka specializes in innovative, large scale mixed-use solutions, and is sensitive to urban development issues, affordable/attainable housing, and the intersect of technology, human habitat, and climate change. Under Emeka’s leadership, Nadi Group has delivered over 1,750 projects across North America, garnishing multiple national and international design awards and publications in the process.
