As part of the planning and approval process for a 2-hectare personal storage site to be located on 101 St SW in Calgary, Infracor was engaged by 403 Storage Ltd. to complete preliminary and detailed site grading, water and wastewater servicing, stormwater management and access and internal roads. The site is not currently serviced by the City of Calgary and therefore required stand-alone potable water, wastewater and fire protection. In addition, its location immediately uphill for the recently constructed Calgary Ring Road made stormwater management and erosion and sedimentation control critical.
