Parker Lands have been identified as a Major Redevelopment Site in central Winnipeg lying east of Waverly Avenue and south of the CN Railway mainline. The envisioned development is intended to create a residential node coinciding with the BRT line station located nearby and is comprised of 1570 multi-family and 187 single family homes and 161 townhome units. Infracor was tasked with developing water, wastewater, and land drainage systems for this previously deemed “unserviceable” parcel of land.
