During the design and approval process undertake by Ground Cubed Golf Course Architects for the redevelopment of holes 13 and 14 to accommodate the proposed improvements to be completed on the intersection of Deerfoot Tr and Southland Dr several engineering requirements were identified at the development permit stage. Given the scope of redevelopment, Infracor was asked to address water and wastewater servicing repercussions, stormwater runoff to the major highway as well as ensure compliance with the City of Calgary Erosion and Sedimentation Control guidelines and regulations.
